Ingredients: Oysters, Clementines, Chinese Okra, French Dressing
Chef Wayne made Pan-Fried Oysters with Chinese Okra. The oyster is perfectly crispy and beautifully seasoned. The Chinese okra is gritty and Amanda got way too much of it on her plate.
Chef Rosalind made Oysters Sofrito with Chinese Okra & Clementines. Rosalind forgot the french dressing. Her oysters are very tasty and easily the best. Only two plates got clementines and the judges dislike that the okra was simply thrown on the plate with nothing on it.
Chef Adam made Oysters & Okra on Grilled Flatbread. The idea is super creative and smart but the dough is soggy and almost raw.
Chef Shawn made Baked Oysters with Okra Mignonette & Arugula Salad. The oysters are tender and moist. Shawn did the best job with the Chinese okra. The dish as a whole is too peppery.
The judges decide they must chop Chef Rosalind for failing to get all of the ingredients on her plates.
